It is an important organic synthesis intermediate and is mainly used as epoxy resin thinner, chloride stabilizer and fabric finishing agent. It has good reactivity and activity, and forms various reagents used in the paint and coating industry through addition and hydrolysis reactions; it is an important intermediate for the synthesis of various surfactants, an important polymeric monomer and an organic synthesis intermediate.
