    These products contain the function of one or two double bonds and therefore have good reactivity. The EO chain is not just polyethylene glycol, but can also be a mixed copolymer of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, or just polypropylene glycol. Popular products are mainly polyethylene glycol or blended EO/PO copolymers.

     

    Product ends can be terminated with methyl, allyl, butyl, epoxy or acetyl groups, so these products contain only a small amount of free hydroxyl groups, involvingAdverse reactions caused by the-OH group can be reduced or avoided.

     

    Most of these products are used to react with siloxane, using platinum as a catalyst, and the double bonds of the polyether interact with siloxane.Addition reaction occurs on the Si-H bond to obtain polyether modified silicone.

    This series of products can significantly improve the quality of polyether modified silicone oils and are widely used in polyurethane foam stabilizers, emulsifiers, self-emulsifying defoamers, personal protective products, coating leveling agents, wetting and dispersing agents, fabric hydrophilic, antistatic and soft finishing agents, water-soluble lubricants, glass anti-fogging agents and cross-linked sealants.
